My computer crashed taking with it my XSitePro 2.5 program and the registration code. Is there a way to get both back?

I have had XSitePro2 since 2012 and I loved the easy way we built our website. Now I am told it is obsolete. But I still have the website up and running and am paying for it, but i can't publish new changes anymore. How can I update my ol' website? It's for Lake Tahoe Wolf Rescue and we need to continue to save lives.
